Join us at the Spring Block Party!

The Bradley Farm Homeowners Association and the Bradley Farm Wave swim team cordially invite you to celebrate International Harry Potter Day this year with your neighbors at our Spring Block Party.

Listen to some live music while you sip on a Butterbeer as we cheer the arrival of spring!  This magical event will be a wonderous way to support your neighborhood swim team and connect with your neighbors after a long winter.

The festivities will begin at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 2nd and will conclude at 7:00 pm when the Annual Meeting of the Bradley Farm Homeowners Association begins. Come for the block party and stay for the annual meeting! Or, if you prefer to disapparate before the meeting, quills and parchment will be available so that you can sign a proxy form whilst enjoying the party!

Come to the pool on May 2nd to enjoy the following festivities:

Entertainment

  • Listen to live music provided by a Jazz quartet made up of local students.
  • Let your little ones get their wiggles out in the bounce house (Height limit will apply).
  • Show your style with a glitter tattoo.
  • Dress up as your favorite Wizarding World character and enter the costume contest to win prizes.

Food and Drinks

  • Quench your thirst with a frothy Butterbeer or a fresh Pumpkin Juice.
  • Snack on a selection of pastries and sweets and imagine you’re riding the Hogwarts Express!
  • Purchase tickets at the entrance to redeem for food and drinks.

Magical Midway

  • Enjoy classic carnival games with a magical twist.
  • Showcase your skills and test your luck to win prizes.
  • Try each game to receive a stamp in your Hogwarts Supply List and earn a special prize.
  • Purchase tickets at the entrance to redeem for midway games.

Get Ready to Celebrate!

The Spring Block Party begins at 5:00 pm on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024 at the pool parking lot, and will conclude when the Annual Meeting of the Bradley Farm HOA begins inside the pool area at 7 pm.

Now is the time to begin your preparations for a magical evening!

  • Mark your calendars for May 2nd.
  • Start planning your magical outfits so you can enter the costume contest!
  • Buy your tickets for food and games at the entrance when you arrive. This year we will accept cash, credit cards, and NFC phone payments (e.g, Apple/Google Pay). All proceeds from this event benefit the Bradley Farm Wave, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
  • Bring a picnic supper to enjoy on the lawn and purchase some magical treats for dessert.
  • Homeowners who aren’t staying for the annual meeting can drop off their completed proxy form or fill one out a new one at the party.
